​​CONCUSSION SPECIFIC CONSULTATIONS

Initial Concussion Assessment  (90 minutes - $260)
This is a 90 minute consultation for those who have experienced a suspected or diagnosed concussion, either acute or chronic. This appointment includes a comprehensive history, outcomes questionnaires and thorough multi-system examination including cognitive testing, functional neurological testing, vestibulo-ocular testing, autonomic nervous system testing, motor function testing and cervical musculoskeletal and proprioceptive testing. This consultation will also provide rehabilitation exercises and management protocols.

Subsequent Concussion Consultation (30 minutes - $120)

This consultation is a follow up appointment for those who have already had their Initial Concussion Assessment at Headquarters.

Pre-injury Concussion Baseline Testing (45 minutes - $130)

This appointment is for those who participate in a sport that may put you at a higher risk of suffering a concussion. This appointment will provide a baseline of your current cognitive, neurological, motor, vestibular and cervical spine function, which will help guide safe return-to-sport decisions if a concussion is suspected or diagnosed. ​Please note - this appointment is testing only and does not include rehabilitation.

OTHER CONSULTATIONS​

These consultations are for individuals experiencing symptoms such as dizziness, vertigo, motion sensitivity, vestibular migraines and/or balance issues who have never had a suspected concussion injury.

Initial Standard Consultation  (60 minutes - $160)

This is an initial consultation for individuals who are new to Headquarters. This consultation includes a thorough health history, assessment and appropriate rehabilitation, advice and management strategies.

Subsequent Standard Consultation  (30 minutes - $120)

This is a follow up consultation for individuals who have already attended Headquarters. ​
