Initial Concussion Assessment  (90 minutes - $260)
This is a 90-minute consultation for those who have experienced a suspected or diagnosed concussion, including those with potential Post-Concussion Syndrome.

Telehealth Initial Concussion Consultation (30 minutes - $120)

Only available up within the first 30 days of your concussion injury. If your concussion injury has been more than 30 days you will need an 'Initial Concussion Assessment'. 

This telehealth appointment involves a concussion injury history, symptom scale and targeted advice and management strategies based on your concussion injury. This may include return to school, work or sport protocols.

Subsequent Concussion Consultation (30 minutes - $120)

This consultation is a follow up appointment for those who have already had their Initial Concussion Assessment at Headquarters.

Pre-injury Concussion Baseline Testing (45 minutes - $130)

This appointment is for those who participate in a sport that may put you at a higher risk of suffering a concussion. This appointment will provide a baseline of your current cognitive, neurological, motor, vestibular and cervical spine function, which will help guide safe return-to-sport decisions if a concussion is suspected or diagnosed. ​Please note - this appointment is testing only and does not include rehabilitation.

Home visit consultations

We understand that some concussion injuries can hinder your ability to drive into the clinic.  Depending on your circumstances and upon approval, we might be able to offer home visit concussion consultations. Please reach out to our team to enquire about this service. Please note that an additional travel charge will be added to the consultation fee.​
